How to Proceed:

For or in consideration of the privilege of being admitted and/or readmitted as Student of the University of Nueva Caceres, I hereby give this pledge and promise to abide by the following conditions for the duration of my stay as a bonafide student of the said University, viz:

1. To abide all policies, rules and regulations of the school;
2. To exert all efforts to pass all subjects I am enrolled in;
3. To submit oneself/attend to counseling sessions/measures when necessary;
4. To reject membership in any fraternities, sororities, and/or any unrecognized organizations, inside or outside of the UNC, for the duration of my stay as a student in the University;
5. To abide by all the decisions of the Committee on Discipline in the event that I find myself involved in any disciplinary cases. I further acknowledge that the decision of the Committee on Discipline is FINAL
6. To safeguard and protect the prestige of the UNC Laboratory School at all time, being a student of the University.

I further agree that in the event that I violate any of the above conditions, and of those stipulated in the Student Guidebook for the Laboratory School, I would submit myself to the decision of the University and can be dropped from the roll of the school and or refused admission during the next school year.

I pledge to the University of Nueva Caceres:

1. That I shall be responsible for knowing all the rules, regulations, and guidelines of the UNC, the CHED, and all government laws and regulations applicable to students and school and abide by them. I shall immediately study the UNC College Guide Book and Code of Conduct and shall abide by all the rules set forth in them.
2. That I am aware of the most STRICTLY PROHIBITED ACTS such as (a) entering or staying in the University campus under the influence of liquor or bringing in, passing around or drinking alcoholic beverage; (b) carrying or bringing or possessing firecrackers, explosives, knives, brass knuckles, arrows, guns, and other deadly or prohibited weapons; prohibited drugs, gambling materials or paraphernalia in the UNC campus; (c) engaging in any activity that results to disruption of classes; (d) threatening or embarrassing students and faculty members that prevent them from entering the campus or attending classes; (e) joining organizations that are engaged in subversive activities; and (f) committing vandalism is PUNISHABLE BY UXPULSION, DISMISSAL or other penalties that the UNC authorities may impose on the basis of investigations conducted by authorized committees or persons.
3. That I am willing to submit myself or attend counseling sessions when necessary.
4. That if I fail in two or more subjects during any school term, or commit other forms of academic deficiency, I may be dropped from the roll or refused admission for re-enrollment in the next term.
5. That it is my duty to verify my grades and if there is any error or much delay in giving grades, I must immediately bring the matter to the attention of the Dean concerned or the Registrar.
6. That I am bound to pay my school fees on or before the designated dates, and may not be allowed to take an examination if I fail to pay them on said dates.
7. That I shall finish NSTP/CWTS and P.E. subjects within the first two years of my studies because said subjects are pre-requisites to enrollment in the third year.

I pledge to the University of Nueva Caceres:
